American Idiot
This review caught my eye this evening -- Green Day has made it to Broadway, and Charles Isherwood of the New York Times is gushing about it. I am a Green Day fan, having once told a classroom of skeptical 10th graders that I thought American Idiot was the most important album of the year (2004-5). I appreciated the rock opera style of the album and the burning emotions in it -- love and rage. The review has appreciative adjectives throughout it, and I am intrigued enough to want to see the show.
