KLAS toured the new CCSD executive offices. I couldn't get the video to play, but rumor has it they have a bar up on the fourth floor. The KLAS report calls it a "private dining room."
Hmm. It was surprising how the CCSD superintendent expressed a "la-di-da" attitude in the clip. At first, I thought that Channel 8 was making mountains of molehills in terms of wasted expenditures. But then again, 14 + million dollars could have been used for something else, despite the school board's claims of allocated funds. Well, at least it's not George Knapp and his UFO sightings. Slow news these days...
that la-di-da attitude is probably because the superintendent is, in fact, quitting to go make more money working for a textbook company. what can we do to him now? nada.
