Clinton in town
Hillary stopped by. The R-J deigned to cover the event, but did not offer any love letters, a la Rudy Giuliani. No surprise there. A good review is offered at Nevada Today, with substantive discussion of private equity and union contracts. The broader issue of vanishing pensions is an important pocketbook issue in this campaign and deserves more coverage. I hope Obama, Richardson, or Edwards, in that order, can get some traction on some pocketbook issues as they come to town.
