A Tribute to Douglas Adams?

I had a thought at work -- I remembered the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, where the Vogons are incomprehensibly stupid bureaucrats who more or less run everything, even demolishing Earth in an attempt to build an intergalactic superhighway. I thought, at work I'm more like a Vogon than I am like the heroes of the Hitchhiker's Guide. I need to be more innovative. So we'll see where that leads.
