Pulitzer Prize!
Congratulations to the Las Vegas Sun (the smaller paper-within-a-paper here in town) for earning a Pulitzer for public service. It's a great honor -- only the second time any Nevada paper has earned a Pulitzer. Here's a link to the Sun's story package on construction deaths, which earned the award, as well as coverage of the Pulitzer itself. I know the way a newsroom usually feels -- full of angst and stress -- so for a reporter to walk in to this news would be a great feeling. Good news!

Fantastic news for everybody here in the Valley who yearns for a newspaper that will push the envelope a little and not just backslap the establishment. Good job spreading the word!
