Health care press conference
Just tuning in to the second half-hour of the President's news conference tonight. I think he's making a good case, but it's something of an academic exercise. Most people are tuning out at this point probably, and Pres. Obama is starting to sound more like a professor talking through his proposals to a classroom of highly educated people than he is talking to the American people. I think the point of a prime-time press conference is to educate the press as much as he is talking to the American people, but the President is probably losing Joe Sixpack right about now.
