Let's Build a Smarter Planet
This slogan has been popping up all over the web and TV, thanks to IBM. Trouble is, we're too busy destroying the planet to actually build a whole other better one. I admire the goals of this slogan, but it reminds me a little bit of the end of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, which points out the absurdity of trying to re-create the miracle of life as it exists on this current planet, so here's a counter-slogan from the venerable guide: Don't Panic!
