The Grand Stand: Health Care and Bipartisanship
I posted one satirical version of how I think the health care summit today might go below (see "Health Care Theater"). I don't think it will actually come to that, so I'm willing to sit down and watch some of these negotiations unfold. Trouble is, I have to go to work, so I can't watch the whole thing. I think it will be a lot of grandstanding at the table this morning, with not much accomplished in the way of bipartisanship. And should there be a bipartisan bill drafted as a result of these talks? What do you all think?
