Is Super Tuesday all that super?
I love this little logo from one of the New Yorker's blogs (see link here). It pokes fun at the idea of Super Tuesday (next Tuesday, March 6), when 10 states will have contests in the Republican Presidential nominating process. Word is, there will be a split decision on Super Tuesday, which to me makes it not so super after all. Would it be better if we all voted on our Presidential pick at the same time? That would make the primary/caucus calendar mercifully short. Nevada mostly missed out on the supercalifragilistic fun by having an early caucus that was virtually ignored by the Republican field, since Romney was the "presumptive" winner, whatever that means. All I can say is, thank God we didn't have to watch hours and hours of negative ads, unless we really wanted to.
